Our Executive Coaching Programme...
The Individual Executive Development programme has been created by Kiddy International to meet the specific needs of global senior managers at key stages during their careers. This is a 1:1 specialist executive coaching programme where the individual works through practical feedback and discussions with a Kiddy International coach. The aim is to enhance the individual’s personal development, inline with critical current and future business needs.
About The Programme...
The standard programme consists of six sessions, but is highly flexible. The six sessions ensure that both we and the participant maintain a clear focus on achieving measurable results. The programme may be extended as required. Our programme is based on the individual being helped to develop a comprehensive self-understanding in relation to the key demands and challenges of their role.
