Assessment Tools

Kiddy International’s Executive Assessments use the tools that are appropriate for each role and situation. As well as an in-depth interview, we select from the following:

We also write bespoke "in-tray" and "group assessment" exercises and simulations for clients' own assessment and development centres.

Assessment Process

We normally follow the following steps:

  • Get clarity on the role from the organisation in terms of deliverables for the candidate, the soft-skills required, organisational climate/culture and other pertinent factors

  • The candidates come to us for a half day during which they complete a battery of assessment papers and have an in-depth biographical interview along with a competency based interview

  • We provide headline feedback to the candidate

  • We prepare and write a detailed report for the client which is delivered within 36 hours of the start of the assessment
